Q: Can Hong Li provide fabric samples?

A: Yes. We will provide free A4 size sample elevators, but please note that we will use freight collect. If you need a sample larger than A4, please write to request.

Q: Does Hong Li have fabrics in stock? Are there color cards available?

A: We are an order-made supplier, and each order is customized, usually we only keep some fabrics in stock to use for proofing. Therefore, we do not have color cards available.

Q: How long does the general process lead time take?

A: The processing time of each product is different. Basically, if there is yarn available, it is about 45 to 60 days after confirming the color and receiving the deposit.

Q: What is the payment terms?

A: New customers need to pay first and then deliver the goods. After 1st shipment done, then we could discuss according to the situation. If a letter of credit is required, it is required to be a letter of credit at sight.
